The commercial property of 2775 Friendly St in Eugene, Oregon, where the highly sucessful Radiant Health Center is currently located, is being reimagined with plans to build a new mixed-use, three story building that includes four commercial spaces, 12 one bedroom residential units, a rooftop terrace and garden. 

Residential units will be diverse in size to accommodate a variety of needs.  The entire second story will be short term rentals, providing a place for students and clients to stay onsite for their workshops and therapeutic retreats.  The third floor apartments, including two with private western facing balconies, will be long term leased in a competitive rental market. 

Commercial spaces include a health center with massage, acupunture, saunas, hydrotherapy and a Moroccan hammam, psilocybin therapy center, juice bar and superfood café and a studio/classroom. The studio will be an educational facility for classes in the healing arts, psilocybin guide training, yoga, meditation and more.  We plan to have regular morning and evening community classes, with daytime hours available for teachers looking for a facility to host students. It will also be available for evening private events, pop ups and musical performances.  

The rooftop terrace will also be available for classes and events, as well as providing a serene retreat for residents and guests.  It will have a large weatherproof tent with steel framing for inclement weather and shade, as well as a rooftop garden with a small fountain and seating.
